Map Locations are Incorrect

 

Q: Why doesn't the hotline map show the correct location of our class?

A: SiD uses Google Maps to show ABE subsites. There are a few possible reasons your location is incorrect.

  1. Hotline maps are based on SiD subsite street addresses. The map won't show up correctly if the subsite address is missing. Update the subsite address on the Admin>Manages Subsites tab. See the Edit section in the help article, Add, Edit, or Hide Subsites.
  2. For best results, don't use symbols like #, suite numbers, or a PO Box in the subsite address.
  3. Google isn't perfect. Some street addresses just do not render properly. In that case, try using the name of the building instead of a street address.
