This report shows history items for students that have hours in selected date range.
The Student History Items report is located on the Reports tab, in the Data Cleanup Reports section. When you select the Student History Report, you will see a screen with many options to help filter to the results you want. Here are some important filter highlights.
Report Date Range (Start)/(End) - dates default to the current NRS Program year. Results show students with attendance hours between these dates. Adjust the Start/End dates to see students who were active in a different time frame.
History Group, Item menus - Use these menus to refine the history groups and items that are displayed in the results. First select the from the History Group menu. This will restrict the menu of history items to the group you have chosen.
History Item Status - This menu will narrow down results to only history items that have the status you select. Most status options are optional. However, for state and federal reporting, certain student goals require a MET history item, e.g. local credit-based high school diplomas or Measurable Skill Gains (MSGs) for IET & Workplace Literacy students.
Sort By - This filter affects how items are displayed in the report.
Sort by History Group, Person to arrange results by History Group first, then History Item, then student.
Sort by Person, History Group to arrange results by Student first, followed by History Group and History Item.
