When students return to a class after having been exited, it's important to re-enroll them properly. With the new WIOA rules, it's critical that we show when the student was attending class, and when they were gone for an extended period of time. That happens with accurate class enrollment dates.
DO NOT edit and wipe out the previous class End Date. Leave the class old enrollment dates alone.
Instead, enroll the student in the class as if it were the first time. Use the date they returned to class as the class Start Date.
In the Previously Enrolled section of a class roster, student names will appear in a new row each time s/he started and ended the class. It's OK to see the same name more than once.
