Help Center articles
The MN ABE (SiD) Help Center has searchable articles that guide you through many database tasks. To get to the Help Center from any page in the database, click on the HELP tab, located at the top of the screen.
Once you're in the Help Center, click on the name of an article, or use the search bar to find what you're looking for.
Using the Search Bar
- To search the entire SiD Help Center, start your search on main screen (mnabe.zendesk.com).
- To search within a specific section only, navigate to the desired section and use the search bar at the top of the screen.
Help question marks
Blue question mark boxes are sprinkled throughout the database near terms that might need a little explanation. Click the question mark to see a brief description or comment about an item.
Some info boxes may also have a link to Help Center articles.
If you can't find the answer in the Help Center, feel free to shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sometimes things are just too complicated to put into an email or you need immediate help to report the system is down. To get connected to a real person, use the numbers below.
