Assessments: "Hours Since (Other Site)" Numbers

This article explains the meaning behind "Hours Since (Other Site)" column on the Students>Assessment screen.

The Students>Assessment screen shows details about student tests. One of the columns is titled, "Hours Since (Other Site)." It shows a breakdown of hours earned by the student since the test date.

• The first number shows the total number of attendance hours at all sites they attended since the test date, including your site.
• The number in parentheses is the number of hours earned at sites other than yours since the test date.

For example, this student is shared, and has attended classes at your site and at Osseo ABE. Here's what the numbers mean:

• Between your site and Osseo, she has earned a total of 42 hours since the 4/24/XX test date.
• 25 of the 42 hours were earned in Osseo
• The Hours Since (42) minus Other Site hours (25) gives you the number of hours earned at your site since the test was taken. In this case, 42 - 25 = 17 hours earned at your site.
