FAQ: How do I Back-Enter Hours for Students with No EFL?

Q: We had a student without a test who hit the 12-hour limit for entering hours.  The student kept attending, and we wrote down hours on a piece of paper until we could test her. We tested the student today, but I still get the same "no NRS test" error message when I try to enter time from before the pre-test date. How can I add those older hours?

A: Unfortunately, there is no catch-up. Hours earned between the 12-hour cutoff and the pre-test date cannot be entered.

In the example below, the "No NRS Test" message popped up when the staff person tried to enter hours for Sept 4. The student continued to attend.
On Sept 13, the student was pre-tested, and the score was added to SiD. The staff person is not able to retroactively add hours earned from Sept 4-12. 230921 12 hr lockdown catch up.png
