This article describes the Conversion Rate report, and shares examples of how the report can be used.
The report appears in SiD on the Reports tab in the Outcomes section. It is similar to the Level Gains, MSGs and Post-test Rates report. It allows programs to find level gains and MSGs for students, with flexible filters for setting the number of attendance hours and post-test statuses.
You can use this report to find the number of students:
- at various attendance intervals you specify, e.g. less than 12, 40+, or 100+ hours, or within a range of hours
- with post-tests vs those with no post-test
- with a measurable skill gain (MSG)
Tips
- Be mindful of the filter settings so you get the results you're looking for. When you change a filter, click the View Report button to update the results.
- Click the plus (+) sign on each Educational Functioning Level row to see student names
- The Min Date column shows the first date of attendance for each student during the date range of the report
