Run this report to find staff who have been given a Program Exit history item for your ABE program, but still have an active login account.
The report has two tables, which are outlined below.
Staff in Your Program (not shared)
This table shows staff in your program who do not share a SiD staff record with another MnABE program. They have been given a Program Exit history item. But they still have an active login, meaning they can still log in to SiD. Giving a staff person a Program-Entry/Exit Status history item of "Exit" DOES NOT remove their ability to log in to SiD. To completely cancel access for unshared staff, you must remove their login privileges on the Staff>Account screen.
How to use the info on this table:
- In the "Active Login?" column, click the Yes link to go to the Staff>Account screen.
- Click the Remove Login Rights button.
Also, if they have a recent login, find out why they (or another staff person) logged in with their credentials.
Scenario B: If they are currently working at your site again (hint: they might have logged in recently), give them an updated Program Entry or Re-entry date.
- Click the Badge ID, then navigate to the Staff>History screen.
- Add a new Program Entry or Re-Entry history item to the staff record.
Staff Shared with Other Programs
This table shows people who have a SiD staff record that is shared with one or more MnABE programs. They have been given a Program Exit history item for your site. These staff still have an active login, meaning they can still log in to SiD - but not your SiD site.
DO NOT remove the login for shared staff until you have checked with us at sidsupport@literacymn.org. When you remove login rights for a shared staff person, they won't be able to log into ANY SiD sites, even those where they're currently working. You don't want to do that.
If you accidentally delete login privileges for a shared staff record, contact us at sidsupport@literacymn.org. We'll help you get in touch with the shared program to restore the staff login.
