Adding and removing photos

Staff with Admin level login privileges can add pictures of students, staff, and volunteers to their SiD record. Staff with Teacher level logins can add pictures of students.

Add a photo to a student record

  1. On the Students>Summary screen, click the Photo link at the bottom left of the screen.
  2. On the next screen, click the Choose File button. Navigate to the location on your computer with the desired student photo, select it, and click Open. Then click the Save button.
  3. You will be redirected to the Students>Summary screen.
  4. Check the photo. If you used an iPhone and the picture is rotated sideways, retake the picture holding the phone in this position, with the phone's round "home" button on the right side.

Remove a photo from a student record

  1. On the Students>Summary screen, click the Photo link at the bottom left of the screen.
  2. On the next screen, click Delete Photo.
  3. You will be redirected to the Students>Summary screen.

Note: when replacing an existing photo with a new one, you may have to clear your browser cache to keep the old photo from appearing.
