Staff with Admin level login privileges can add pictures of students, staff, and volunteers to their SiD record. Staff with Teacher level logins can add pictures of students.
- On the Students>Summary screen, click the Photo link at the bottom left of the screen.
- On the next screen, click the Choose File button. Navigate to the desired student photo on your computer, select it, and click Open. Then click the Save button.
- Check the photo on the Students>Summary screen.
Troubleshooting iPhones or iPads when the picture is rotated sideways: Retake the picture holding the phone in this position, with the bottom of the phone/tablet on the right side. (Make sure the screen orientation is not locked in portrait mode.)
Remove a photo from a student record
- On the Students>Summary screen, click the Photo link at the bottom left of the screen.
- On the next screen, click Delete Photo.
- You will be redirected to the Students>Summary screen.
Replace a photo
When replacing an existing photo with a new one, you may have to clear your browser cache to keep the old photo from reappearing.
- On the Students>Summary screen, click the Photo link at the bottom left of the screen.
- On the next screen, click Delete Photo.
- Clear your browser cache, deleting browsing history and cached images and files
- On the Students>Summary screen, click the Photo link again.
- Upload the new photo.
