Seat counts are a guideline for managing student enrollment in a class. It prevents the problem of having more students show up than available chairs. Seat counts are linked to rooms.
Users must have Admin level login privileges to edit the seat count.
To change the seat count for a room
- Go to the Admin tab> Manage Site> Subsites link.
- On the Subsites screen, locate the appropriate row; click on the Rooms link.
- On the Rooms screen, select the row you want to change.
- Edit the seat count and click Save Changes.
