Seat counts are a guideline for managing student enrollment in a class. It prevents the problem of having more students show up than available chairs. Seat counts are linked to rooms.
Users must have Admin level login privileges to edit the seat count.
To change the seat count for a room
- Go to the Admin tab> Manage Sub Sites link.
- On the Sub Sites screen, locate the desired subsite. Then click on the Rooms link at the end of the row.
- On the Rooms screen, select the row you want to change.
- Edit the seat count and click Save Changes.
